During this lockdown, almost everyone is free at home. Right? Feeling bored as well as become a couch potato.

So, now show some of your cooking skills by making the very delicious and lavishing besan ke laddu at home, same as we got from the confectioners before the lockdown. Jokes apart, let's come to the point and have this very useful recipe of besan ke laddu.

Ingredients:


* 1/2 cup ghee

* 2 cups besan (gram flour)

* 1 cup powdered sugar

* 1 teaspoon elachi powder/ cardamom powder


1 teaspoon of elachi powder
1 teaspoon of elachi powder

* a few nuts like cashews, almonds - as per your taste

Procedure:



Step 1: 


Take a medium-sized utensil (cooking pan) for cooking.



Step 2:

Put 1/2 cup ghee and let it warm on full flame. Once the oil gets warm add 2 cups of besan(gram flour) in it.



Step 3:


Now, on medium flame, stir this mixture until it becomes a light brown colour and you have a very sweet and mouth-watering fragrance in the kitchen.

Step 4:


After a few minutes, this mixture starts to get dry, then add 2 teaspoons of oil in it. Once it cooked well, it releases the oil. From which you can check whether the mixture is ready or not. It takes almost 25 minutes on medium flame to be cooked well.

Step 5:


Now, on low flame add almost 1 cup of powdered sugar in it and blend it well until it gets dry.


Step 6:


 Add nuts like cashews, almonds etcetera in it.


Step 7:


Let it cool for 5-7 minutes.



Step 8:


Make the shape of round balls with your hands. Best of luck!!!
